Pablo Matias Ciarlante

I'm a programmer, animator and filmmaker from Argentina. I was born in Mendoza in 1996 and lived in Switzerland for 4 years when I was 10 years old. I started programming in Scratch when I was 11. I studied "Filmmaking & TV" in the National University of Córdoba, Argentina (2016-2019), Following this, I established my own animation company, "Atama Audiovisual," and have furthered my arts education independently. My projects employ a variety of techniques such as artificial intelligence (Stable Diffusion, Runway), 3D animation, 2D animation, and stop-motion. My most recent documentary, "Relatos de la Luna," has been featured in international film festivals and has earned including Best Environmental Film at the Latino & Native American Film Festival 2023 (Connecticut, USA) and Best Activist Message at FICAA 2023 (Mexico). I also created animations using various generative A.I.s for a film named BIONICA, that will be released in October 2024. In my role as an educator, I instruct students of all ages in various areas. I teach the use of Stable Diffusion, stop-motion and digital animation, and creating and coding games in Roblox Studio. As a self-taught programmer and artist, I focus on expanding students' interests and encouraging them to create their own projects to enhance their creative skills.
