Plus
We analyze the positive aspects and benefits of an idea or situation. They can include any positive consequences, benefits, and strengths.
Minus

How-Now-Wow Matrix
How-Now-Wow is a tool for evaluating and selecting ideas that helps you find the most promising and innovative solutions. This matrix can be used in brainstorming and improves creative thinking. It allows us to divide ideas into three categories:
How (How)
Ideas that are innovative and promising, but their implementation requires additional research or the development of new approaches. These ideas have high potential, but they take time and resources to implement.
Now
Ideas that can be easily implemented with current resources and knowledge. They do not require significant changes or new technologies and can be implemented almost immediately.
Wow
Ideas that surprise with their originality and novelty, but at the same time, their implementation is quite feasible. These ideas usually bring significant benefits and can trigger important changes.
Decision tree
A decision tree is a tool that is used to analyze possible solutions to a problem and their consequences. This method helps you make informed choices, especially in complex situations with multiple variables. The decision tree is a diagram where each root represents a solution option, and branches represent possible outcomes, events, or actions. Here are the key elements of the decision tree:
Root node
A starting point that represents a problem or solution that needs to be made.
Branches
Each branch leaves the node and represents a possible action or choice.
Leaf nodes
Endpoints that show the results or consequences of selected actions.
Probabilities
Some decision trees indicate the probabilities of different outcomes for more accurate analysis.
Meaning
Each outcome can be assigned a value to help assess the attractiveness of this option.
